分析认知行为疗法、氟伏沙明联合氯米帕明治疗青少年强迫症的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Fluvoxamine Combined with Clomipramine in the Treatment of Adolescent Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

目的对认知行为疗法、氟伏沙明、氯米帕明联合治疗青少年强迫症的临床疗效进行研讨。方法取我院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的80例青少年强迫症患者为研究对象。分成两组,40例患者实施认知行为疗法联合氯米帕明治疗,设为对照组;40例患者联合认知行为疗法、氟伏沙明联合氯米帕明实施治疗,设为实验组。全程关注患者的治疗情况,分析和比较两组患者的临床疗效、强迫量表分值以及不良反应情况。结果实验组的总有效率较高,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的Yale-Brown强迫量表分值改善较优,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应率较低,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合认知行为疗法、氟伏沙明、氯米帕明对青少年强迫症进行治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,安全性高。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of cognitive-behavioral therapy, fluorosamamine, and clomipramine combined to treat adolescent ocd. Methods We selected 80 cases of adolescent obsessive compulsive disorder treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. In two groups, 40 patients were treated with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) and a control group. The 40 patients were treated with combined CBT and PFC and set up as the experimental group. The treatment of patients was analyzed, and the clinical efficacy, compulsive scale score and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared with the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher, the difference between the control data and the control data were statistically significant, and(P<0.05). The results showed that the experimental group's yale-brown compulsion scale was improved compared to the control data, which was statistically significant, and(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined cognitive behavioral therapy, fluvoxamine and clomipramine treatment of adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder, which can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, high safety.
