摘要
目的对急性阑尾炎患者术后的护理要点进行分析。方法对对照组患者采取常规术后护理措施,对观察组患者采取针对性术后护理干预措施。结果对照组患者的术后切口感染率、患者满意度及住院时间明显不如采取术后护理干预措施的观察组。结论对急性阑尾炎采取术后护理干预措施,取得了明显的治疗效果,可使得患者术后并发症得到减少,患者满意度得到提高,促进患者早日恢复健康,在临床上具有一定的推广意义。
Objective Acute appendicitis patients postoperative nursing key points of analysis. Methods Routine postoperative nursing measures in patients with control group, the observation group patients targeted postoperative nursing intervention measures. Results The postoperative infection rate, patient satisfaction and hospital stay in the control group were significantly better than those in the postoperative care intervention group. Conclusion The acute appendicitis postoperative nursing intervention measures, obtained obvious treatment effect, can make patients postoperative complications were reduced, improves patient satisfaction, promote patients recover at an early date, have certain promotion in clinical significance.
