探讨综合性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

To Explore the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨临床上对2型糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预措施的临床疗效。方法这次实验选择的主要方法随机实验的方法,确定的讨论对象是100例我院收治的2型糖尿病患者,这100例2型糖尿病患者随机的划分到了对照组和实验组中,在患者住院治疗期间,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,对比之下,综合护理干预措施是实验组患者接受的干预方法,对这两组患者一段时间之后的临床恢复情况进行对比分析。结果同等实验条件下,实验组患者和对照组患者相比较的话,前者患者对于住院期间的护理满意情况高于后者,同时依从性上前者要高于后者,此外对照组患者的生活质量的改善状况也明显不如实验组患者,两组之间差异显著,临床上的统计学意义也十分明显。结论综合护理干预措施在临床上可以对糖尿病患者的身体康复情况起到很好的促进作用,不仅有效地改善了患者的生活质量,还使得患者的治疗依从性有了十分显著的增加,这表明综合护理干预措施在临床上的推广意义较为显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods This study selected 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital. the 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. routine nursing intervention was the intervention method of the control group. comprehensive nursing intervention was the intervention method of the experimental group. the clinical recovery of the two groups after a period of time was analyzed. Results After a certain time, the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and the treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly improved, and the improvement of the quality of life in the control group was not better than the experimental group. the difference between the two groups was significant, the clinical statistical significance was also obvious. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the physical rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus, not only effectively improve the quality of life, but also increase the compliance of patients, which indicates that comprehensive nursing intervention is significant in clinical practice.
