分析灸热贴配合中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎患者的护理要点

Analysis of Hot Moxibustion Combined with Nursing of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的探讨了炙热贴配合中西医治疗及护理干预治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法从我院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者选取100例,并随机均分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规护理治疗方法和炙热贴配合中西医结合治疗及护理方法,然后比较两组患者的满意度、疼痛评分和晨僵程度。结果两组患者采取相应的治疗措施后,进行炙热贴结合中西医治疗及护理干预治疗的观察组的晨僵程度、患者满意度和疼痛评分要优于采取常规护理治疗的对照组,经对比存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义。结论采用炙热贴配合中西医治疗类风湿行关节炎具有很好的临床效果,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者满意度,适合大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hot sticking with traditional Chinese medicine and nursing intervention on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing treatments and hot and cold combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were used respectively. Then, the patients were divided into two groups satisfaction, pain score and morning stiffness. Results The two groups of patients to take the appropriate treatment measures, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing intervention in the observation group of morning stiffness, patient satisfaction and pain score is better than conventional control group, compared with the existence of Significant differences were statistically significaant. Conclusion The use of hot paste with Chinese and Western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a good clinical effect, relieve pain in patients with improved patient satisfaction, suitable for promotion.
