Application Effect of Health Education in Promoting the Implementation of Immunization Program

目的评估健康教育在促进免疫规划实施过程中的应用情况。方法取2016年1月份-2017年1月免疫规划疫苗接种对象中的100例儿童家长为研究对象。分成两组,50例家长实施健康教育,设为对照组;50例家长实施健康教育,设为实验组。比较两组家长的干预情况,分析两组对象的干预结果以及健康宣教情况。结果 (1)两组儿童家长的接种成功率比较:实验组的接种成功率较高,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组儿童家长的免疫规划知识掌握情况比较:实验组的免疫规划知识掌握率较高,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在免疫规划工作中落实健康教育,可有效提高儿童的免疫接种率,提高公众对免疫接种的认识。

Objective To evaluate the application of health education in promoting the implementation of immunization program. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 100 families of children in the immunization work were selected as the subjects. Divided into two groups, 50 family members were not given health education, and they were set as control group. 50 cases of health education were set up as experimental group. Closely observed the intervention of the two families, and analyzed and compared the two groups of objects and parents' intervention results and health education situation. Results (1) The families of the two groups of children vaccination success rate comparison: the experimental group with higher success rate, and the data between the control group obviously, confirmed the existence of statistical significance(P<0.05);(2) The families of two groups of children immunization knowledge mastery: EPI knowledge of the experimental group have higher rate and group the difference of data control, confirmed the existence of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education in the immunization program, can effectively improve the children's immunization rate, raise public awareness of vaccination.
