门冬胰岛素50注射液与地特胰岛素联合口服药治疗初发2型糖尿病患者的疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Insulin Aspart 50 Injection with Insulin Detemir Combined with Medicine in Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的针对初发2型糖尿病按照门冬胰岛素50注射液与地特胰岛素联合口服药进行治疗的实际效果进行分析。方法从本院在2016年1月-2017年5月收治的初发2型糖尿病患者中随机抽选40例,盲选组内20例,行门冬胰岛素50注射液联合口服药物治疗,视为观察组,而另20例患者按照地特胰岛素联合口服药治疗,为对照组。针对疗效间差异进行对比。结果观察组在治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血清以及胆固醇水平等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。结论针对初发2型糖尿病采用门冬胰岛素50注射液治疗,可有效针对患者血糖情况进行改善,可有效保障患者健康。

Objective The newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were treated according to Insulin Aspart 50 Injection and the actual effect of insulin detemir combined with oral medicine analysis. Methods 40 patients were randomly selected from the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017, 20 cases in the blind group, Insulin Aspart 50 Injection combined with oral drug treatment, as the observation group, while the other 20 patients in the treatment with insulin detemir combined with oral medicine, as control group. The differences between the therapeutic effects were compared. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial serum 2h and cholesterol levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference of(P<0.05), with statistically significant. Conclusion For the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus, Insulin Aspart 50 Injection can effectively improve the blood glucose of patients, which can effectively protect the health of patients.
