浅谈急性有机磷农药中毒护理应注意的问题

Discussion on the Problems Needing Attention in Nursing of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒护理应注意的问题。方法选择医院接收的150例急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行研究,给予洗胃且采取抢救护理干预,观察其治疗效果。结果通过观察,150例病人经抢救无效死亡有18例,死亡率约12%,通过科学有效的治疗与护理干预后,其他132例病人痊愈出院。结论针对急性有机磷农药中毒病人给予洗胃且采取科学合理的护理干预,能够提高抢救成功率,降低并发症发生率,促进病人康复,改善病人生活质量,适合临床工作的推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and problems of nursing care. MethodsThe hospital received 150 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were studied, gastric lavage and take nursing intervention, observe the effect of treatment. Results Through observation, 150 patients who died in 18 cases, the mortality rate of about 12 %, through scientific and effective treatment and nursing intervention, the other 132 cases were cured. Conclusion The gastric lavage and take scientific and reasonable nursing intervention in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, can improve the success rate, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the rehabilitation of patients, Improve the quality of life of patients, suitable for clinical application and promotion
