新医改背景下的医疗设备管理问题探析

为建立中国特色医药卫生体制,提高我国人民的健康水平,中共中央、国务院公布了关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见,并于2009年3月正式实施。在新医改的政策推动下,医院的管理与运营进行着全面的变革,医疗设备管理也是其中之一。如何在新医改的背景下做好医院医疗设备管理工作是医院所要着重思考的问题。笔者认为,医院应该树立设备管理观念,明确医疗设备管理工作在医院管理工作中的重要地位,成立医疗设备委员会以及医疗设备管理科室,对医疗设备的购进、使用、报废的整个过程进行系统专业的管理,使医疗设备的效用被充分的发挥,提升医院的综合能力,让医院在新医改背景下得到更好的发展。

The author believes that the hospital should establish the equipment management concept, clear management of medical equipment is an important role in hospital management, the establishment of medical equipment and medical equipment management committee of Department of medical equipment purchase, use and scrapped the whole process of professional management system, so that the utility of medical equipment is full, comprehensive ability to promote the hospital, make the hospital get better development under the background of new medical reform.
