目的研究医疗设备维修管理中PDCA方法的应用,并分析有效的医疗设备管理方式。方法使用PDCA循环管理方式,对医院医疗设备进行管理,并分析和评价本院302台仪器设备运行完好率和对设备维修的及时率,研究管理前后设备档案的完整率改善情况。结果运行前和运行后,运行完好和档案完整性差异显著,此外需要为维修设备,及时维修设备,及时率均存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA在医疗设备管理中应用,效果显著,有效提升医院对设备的管理水平,确保设备在运行、和使用、维修等方面都更加规范化,值得广泛应用和发展。

Objective To study the application of PDCA method in medical equipment maintenance and management, and to analyze the effective management methods of medical equipment. Methods To manage the hospital medical equipment management, analyze and evaluate 302 sets of equipment running pipe and timely rate of equipment maintenance in our hospital to study equipment archives rate before and after research management. Results Before and after operation, there is a significant difference between the operation and file integrity. In addition, there is a significant difference between the maintenance equipment and timely maintenance of the equipment, and the timely rate is very different(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA in the management of medical equipment has the significant effect and can enhance the management level of hospital to equipment effectively to ensure the standardization of equipment in operation, usage and maintenance, which is worthy of widely application and development.
