积极护理干预对肺炎患儿临床疗效的影响分析

The Effect of Active Nursing Intervention on Clinical Efficacy of Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨积极护理干预对肺炎患儿临床疗效的影响分析。方法抽取收治的160例小儿肺炎病儿进行分析,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采取积极护理干预,对比两组的临床效果。结果通过对比,观察组明显强于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论针对小儿肺炎病儿实施积极护理干预,能够有效提高治疗效果,降低并发症,减少住院时间,改善生活质量,具有良好的临床指导意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the positive influence of nursing intervention on clinical efficacy in children with pneumonia.Methods 160 cases of children with pneumonia were selected for analysis,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing intervention,observation group were given active nursing intervention,compared the clinical effects of two groups.Results By comparison,the observation group was significantly stronger than the control group differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of active nursing intervention for children in children with pneumonia,can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,reduce hospitalization time,improve the quality of life,has good clinical significance.
