观察耳穴压豆联合中药贴敷对糖尿病患者血糖控制的作用及护理措施

To Observe the Effect of Auricular Acupoint Sticking with Chinese Herbal Medicine on Blood Glucose Control in Diabetic Patients and Nursing Measures

目的探究耳穴压豆联合中药贴敷对于控制糖尿病患者血糖控制的应用价值。方法选取我院在近期收治的60例糖尿病患者并均分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组患者采取常规治疗模式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施耳穴压豆及中药贴敷治疗方式,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实施耳穴压豆及中药贴敷治疗方式的观察组患者在治疗效果方面要显著优于对照组患者。结论对糖尿病患者实施耳穴压豆及中药贴敷治疗方式能够有效改善患者的临床治疗效果,取得患者的积极配合,有效控制患者的血糖水平,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of auricular point pressing soybean combined with traditional Chinese medicine dressing in controlling blood sugar of diabetic patients.Methods In our hospital recently admitted 60 cases of diabetic patients were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group were treated by conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with auricular plaster therapy and traditional Chinese medicine sticking therapy on the basis of routine nursing,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results In the observation group,the application of auricular point sticking beans and Chinese herbal dressing treatment method,the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The implementation of auricular plaster therapy and traditional Chinese medicine sticking treatment clinical treatment can effectively improve the patients of diabetic patients,to obtain the active cooperation of the patients,effectively control blood glucose levels,has been widely applied in clinic.
