分析显微支撑喉镜下摘除声带近前联合处复杂型息肉的疗效及安全性

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Microscopic Laryngoscope Combined with Resection of Vocal Cord Polyps Near Complex Type

目的分析显微支撑喉镜下摘除声带近前联合处复杂型息肉的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月期间收治的30例声带近前联合处复杂型息肉患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用间接喉镜下摘除术;观察组采用显微支撑喉镜下切除术。观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰与声门嗓音能量数值均优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对声带近前联合处复杂型息肉患者,相较于间接喉镜下摘除术,采用显微支撑喉镜下切除术能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of microscopic laryngoscope combined with resection of vocal cord polyps near complex type.Methods Seclect 30 cases of near the joint with complex type of vocal cord polyp from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital,divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with indirect laryngoscope,and the observation group was treated with micro-support laryngoscope.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group patients,a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05);observation group,fundamental frequency perturbation amplitude Micro Numerical interference and glottal voice energy were better than the control group,significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with complex type of vocal cord near the joint resection of polyps,compared with indirect laryngoscopy,microsurgical resection laryngoscope can improve clinical symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency,and low rate of complications,worthy of clinical application.
