研究难治性高血压患者应用贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗的临床疗效

To Study the Clinical Efficacy of Benner Pury Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Refractory Hypertension

目的探析贝那普利与氨氯地平药物联合对难治性高血压患者病情和预后的临床应用效果。方法分析对象选自2015-2017年于本院接受诊治随访难治性高血压患者的相关临床数据,从该群体中抽取80例,采取对照随机数字表方式将其分为对照组与观察组,n=40,其对应治疗方案分别为单纯贝那普利药物治疗、贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗。在完成疗程后对所有患者相关指标和不良反应情况进行记录与对比。结果分别在患者治疗前后对其血压指标进行检测,治疗前两组患者血压指标收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)无明显差异,治疗后均有所改善,观察组患者相关指标改善明显优于对照组,组间差异经统计学软件处理(P<0.05),提示有意义;根据临床症状与体征判断药物治疗效果,观察组与对照组判定无效例数分别为1例、9例,组间总有效率差异统计学软件处理(P<0.05),提示有意义。结论难治性高血压患者在制定治疗方案时除对血压指标有所控制外还应考虑其身体承受能力问题,贝那普利联合氨氯地平无论疗效或者安全性均令人满意,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Benner Pury and amlodipine on the condition and prognosis of patients with refractory hypertension.Methods To analyze the object from the 2015-2017 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of refractory hypertension related clinical follow-up data from patients in the group selected 80 cases,take control of randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,n=40,the corresponding treatment plan were simple drug treatment,Benner Pury Benner Pury and ammonia chloride amlodipine treatment.The indexes and adverse reactions of all patients were recorded and compared after the completion of the course.Results The blood pressure indexes were measured before and after the treatment respectively.The blood pressure index,systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the two groups before treatment were not significantly different,After treatment,the improvement of related indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was improved by statistical software(P<0.05),Prompt meaningful;According to the clinical symptoms and signs to judge the effect of drug treatment,In the observation group and the control group,the number of invalid cases was 1 cases and 9 cases respectively,The total efficiency of the differences between group statistical software(P<0.05),suggesting that meaningful.Conclusion Patients with refractory hypertension in the treatment plan in addition control of blood pressure should be considered outside the physical capacity,Benner Pury combined with amlodipine in both the efficacy or safety are satisfactory,worthy of promotion.
