探讨藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Efficacy of Alginate Dressing in Treating Diabetic Foot Ulcers

目的探讨分析藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法将我院从2015年5月-2016年7月收治的68例糖尿病足溃疡患者选取为此次研究对象,将其随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者用普通纱布换药治疗,观察组患者用藻酸盐敷料治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的创口症状表现均有一定程度的改善,根据对患者的治疗效果统计,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,组间数据比较差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的伤口愈合时间与换药次数均少于对照组患者,组间数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用藻酸盐敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡,并结合有效的护理干预措施,能够显著改善患者的病情,并且缩短了伤口愈合的时间,减少换药的次数,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alginate dressing in treating diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 68 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were treated with ordinary gauze,patients in the observation group with alginate dressing treatment,compared two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the wound symptoms were two groups of patients to a certain extent,according to the treatment effect of patients in the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.The data was compared between the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the observation group of patients with wound healing time and the number of dressing are less than that of the control group,comparison of data between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of alginate dressing in the treatment of diabetic ulcer group,combined with effective nursing intervention measures,can significantly improve the patient's condition,and shorten the wound healing time,reduce the number of dressing,it is worth in clinical application in the treatment of.
