Objective To investigate the effect of different implantation methods on the initial stability of minimally invasive dental implants in elderly patients. Methods The study was performed from September 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital for treatment of elderly patients with maxillary premolar area after tooth loss in 70 cases, divided into normal group, differential cavity preparation cavity preparation group, bone extrusion group three groups, record and groups were compared to the torque value and every time after ISQ.Results Compared with the conventional cavity group differential cavity preparation group and bone extrusion group in torque and ISQ values were different(P<0.05),there was statistical significance;12 W measurement of ISQ value after operation, three groups of ISQ values had no significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance. Conclusion The application of graded preparation and bone extrusion technique in the maintenance of the initial stability of minimally invasive dental implants in elderly patients has obvious effect and is worthy of promotion.
