口服补液盐联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效观察

To Bbserve the Clinical Effect of Oral Rehydration Salts Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children

目的分析研讨口服补液盐联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗小儿腹泻疾病的临床疗效。方法采用随机抽签方式,从我院2015年4月至2016年3月期间收治的小儿腹泻疾病者中,抽取80例患儿纳入到讨论中,用计算机系统把80例患儿分40例对照组(口服补液盐治疗)和40例研究组(口服补液盐+蒙脱石混悬液治疗),把两组患儿治疗结果进行分析讨论,确保结论的可靠性。结果研究组治疗总有效率95%比对照组75%高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿各症状恢复时间(大便恢复正常、呕吐缓解、腹泻次数、退热、止泻等),研究组比对照组低,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗小儿腹泻疾病时,可将口服补液盐和蒙脱石混悬液联合使用,疗效突出,对患儿康复效果有促进作用,其应用价值较大。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of oral rehydration salts on Montmorillonite powder for treatment of infantile diarrhea disease.Methods By random draw,from my hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 the infantile diarrhea disease in 80 cases,extraction into the discussion,using computer system to 80 cases were randomly divided into 40 cases of the control group(oral rehydration therapy) and 40 cases of study group(oral rehydration salt solution treatment + Montmorillonite powder).The two groups treatment results were analyzed and discussed to ensure the reliability of the conclusion.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95%,higher than that of the control group 75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of children with the symptom recovery time(defecate normal,vomiting,diarrhea,fever,alleviate the number of diarrhea,etc.) the study group was lower than that of control group was statistically significant between two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infantile diarrhea disease,the combined use of oral rehydration salts and Montmorillonite powder drug curative effect is outstanding,can promote the rehabilitation effect,its great application value.
