摘要
目的探讨分析应用人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果及意义。方法将我院从2013年9月-2016年9月收治的45例股骨颈骨折高龄患者选取为此次研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组22例,观察组23例,对照组患者进行常规内固定治疗,观察组患者进行人工股骨头置换术治疗。观察两组患者的手术效果,分析人工股骨头置换术的临床意义。结果对两组患者的术中出血量、下床时间以及并发症等资料进行分析比较后,观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组患者,比较结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后出现2例并发症(1例为肺部感染、1例为静脉血栓形成),其并发症发生率为8.7%,通过相应的治疗措施后,并发症好转。对照组手术治疗后出现8例并发症(2例肺部感染、3例泌尿系统感染以及3例患者内固定失败),其并发症发生率为36.4%。组间数据比较,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者,效果确切,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect and significance of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 45 cases of femoral neck in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were selected for the study of fractures in elderly patients,The patients in the observation group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement.The operation effect of two groups of patients was observed and the clinical significance of artificial femoral head replacement was analyzed.Results The two groups of patients with intraoperative bleeding volume and bed time data analysis and comparison,the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,compared the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were 2 complications in the observation group(1 cases of pulmonary infection,1 cases of venous thrombosis),and the complication rate was 8.7%,after the corresponding treatment measures,improve complications.In the control group,8 cases of complications(2 cases of pulmonary infection,3 cases of urinary tract infection and 3 cases of failure of internal fixation) occurred after operation,and the complication rate was 36.4%..The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture is effective and worthy of clinical application.
