浅谈基层医院西药房开展药学服务的体会

Discussion on Pharmacy Service in Dispensary for Western Medicine of Primary Hospital

目的研究分析在基层医院西药房中开展药物服务的具体方法,以及对药房服务质量的影响。方法在我院西药房相关管理制度的基础上,做进一步的优化,从提供个性化、全面的药学服务,到药师综合素养的不断提升。最后观察患者对服务满意程度的变化,以及药师综合素质提升情况。结果 (1)我院西药房相关制度得到进一步优化,具有更高的可行性;(2)患者用药依从性有效提高,对药师的服务满意度有所改善;(3)药师专业素养、沟通技巧、药学服务态度、业务能力均有所改善。结论在西药房中开展药学服务可以指导患者合理用药,在进一步完善管理机制、改善服务方法、提升药师综合素养后,药学服务质量显著提高。

Objective To investigate and analyze the specific methods of drug service in western medicine room of primary hospital and the influence on pharmacy service quality.Methods On the basis of the relevant management system of our hospital,we should make further optimization,from the provision of personalized,comprehensive pharmaceutical care,to the continuous improvement of pharmacists' comprehensive quality.Finally,the changes of patients' satisfaction degree and the overall quality of pharmacists were observed.Results(1) in our hospital pharmacy system has been further optimized,is more feasible;(2) improve the patients compliance with medication,the pharmacist service satisfaction improved;(3) pharmacists professional knowledge,communication skills,service attitude,pharmacy business ability were improved.Conclusion The pharmaceutical service in the western medicine room can guide the rational use of drugs,and further improve the management mechanism,improve service methods and improve the overall quality of pharmacists,pharmaceutical service quality has improved significantly.
