超声乳化白内障吸除术后单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的诊疗观察

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis after Phacoemulsification Operation Were Observed

目的探究超声乳化白内障吸除术后单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的诊疗。方法选取我院诊治的超声乳化白内障吸除术后并发单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者25例作为研究对象,患者停用糖皮质激素眼药水,给予抗病毒、抗生素治疗,观察治疗后患者临床疗效。结果患者经上述治疗10-20 d后,眼部症状基本消失,角膜上皮完全修复,视力恢复到发病前水平,随访3个月均无复发。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术的创伤及术后局部应用糖皮质激素药物,易导致患者免疫力下降,临床医生应高度警惕HSK的发生,如有病毒感染应及时采取抗病毒治疗。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of herpes simplex keratitis after Phacoemulsification operation.Method Selected 25 cases of herpes simplex keratitis after Phacoemulsification operation in our hospital as the research object,patients stop using glucocorticoid eye drops and given the antiviral,antibiotic treatment.To observe the clinical curative effect of the patients after treatment.Result Patients after the treatment of 10-20 day,ocular symptoms disappeared,corneal epithelium completely repaired,return to the level before the onset of vision and after 3 months there was no recurrence.Conclusion Phacoemulsification trauma and postoperative topical application of glucocorticoid drugs,patients easily lead to decreased immunity,Clinicians should be alert to the occurrence of HSK,if timely take the antiviral treatment of virus infection.
