研究针灸对中风偏瘫患者的临床治疗效果

目的对针灸在中风偏瘫患者中的治疗效果进行评价。方法取我院2015年1月份到2017年1月份收治的82例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象。分成两组,30例患者实施常规中西药治疗,设为对照组;52例患者同时应用针灸治疗,设为实验组。全程关注患者的治疗进展,分析和比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组的总有效率较高,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的BI积分、SS-QOL积分以及MAS积分改善情况较优,与对照组数据差异明显,证实存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中风偏瘫患者实施针灸治疗,对患者的生活能力以及肢体功能改善有积极意义,有效降低了致残率。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 82 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects.Divided into two groups,30 cases were treated with routine western medicine,and 52 cases were treated with acupuncture.The experimental group was treated as a control group.Pay attention to the progress of the treatment,analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate higher in the experimental group and the control group,the difference of data,confirm the existence of statistical significance(P<0.05);BI integral and the SS-QOL integral and MAS integral of the experimental group to improve the situation better,and the data between the control group obviously,confirmed the existence of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment for stroke hemiplegia has positive significance to the patients' living ability and limb function improvement,and effectively reduce the disability rate.
