评价中医治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床价值

Clinical Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatin g Chronic Atrophic gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的研究分析中医治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效和应用价值。方法选取102例2013年7月-2016年7月期间我院收治的脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机均分成两组,将进行黄芪建中汤加味治疗的51例患者设为中医组,进行常规西医治疗的51例患者设为西医组。观察比较两组患者疗效,治疗后的幽门螺旋杆菌转阴情况和复发率。结果中医组治疗总有效率为92.1%,显著高于西医组的68.1%,组间差异比较(P<0.05);中医组患者复发率为3.9%,显著低于西医组的39.2%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);中医组患者幽门螺旋杆菌转阴情况明显优于西医组。结论针对脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,选用黄芪建中汤加味治疗疗效更加显著,可有效改善患者幽门螺旋杆菌转阴情况,降低复发率。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect and application value of traditional Chinese medicine in treatin g chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods 102 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach were treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July-2016,They were randomly divided into two groups,A total of 51 patients treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction were treated as a Chinese medicine group,51 cases of routine western medicine were treated as western medicine group.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared,The negative condition and recurrence rate of Helicobacter pylori after treatment.Results The TCM treatment group total effective rate was 92.1 %,si gnificantly hi gher than that of the western medicine group 68.1 %,the difference between the groups of(P<0.05);Chinese medicine group the recurrence rate was 3.9 %,si gnificantly lower than that of the western medicine group 39.2 %,which were si gnificantly different(P<0.05);TCM group of Helicobacter pylori ne gative was si gnificantly better than the western medicine group.Conclusion For the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach,the decoction of huan gqi jianzhon g decoction is more effective,which can effectively improve the ne gative situation of Helicobacter pylori and reduce the recurrence rate.
