采用护理程序为糖尿病患者进行社区护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Community Nursing Care for Diabetic Patients by Using Nursing Program

目的采用护理程序为糖尿病患者进行社区护理的效果观察。方法抽取收治的200例糖尿病患者进行分析,随机分组,对照组选择传统的护理管理,观察组采取护理程序进行社区护理。观察两组的治疗成果。结果通过观察分析,观察组远远优于对照组,差异明显,具有临床对比价值。结论针对糖尿病病人采取护理程序,可以有效增强治疗效果,有效控制血糖水平,促进病人康复,改善生活质量,具有良好的临床作用。

Objective Observation on the effect of community nursing care for diabetic patients by using nursing program.Methods 200 cases of diabetic patients were selected for analysis,and were randomly divided in two groups,the control group selected the traditional nursing management,the observation group to take care procedures for community care.Observation of the two groups of treatment results.Results Through observation and observation,the observation group is far superior to the control group,the difference is obvious,with clinical contrast value.Conclusion For patients with diabetes care procedures,can effectively enhance the treatment effect,effective control of blood glucose levels,promote patient rehabilitation,improve the quality of life,has a good clinical role.
