膝关节损伤患者在核磁共振的诊断评价

Evaluation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Patients with Knee Injury

目的评价膝关节损伤患者应用核磁共振诊断的价值。方法收集我院2016年01月至2017年12月期间接诊的50例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,治疗前对每位病例均分别进行CT和核磁共振检查,回顾性分析临床资料,两种检查结果分别同手术治疗或关节镜检查金标准相对比,探讨核磁共振诊断膝关节损伤的准确性。结果两种检查结果同手术治疗及关节镜检查金标准比较,分析不同检查法对应的检查准确率。结果显示核磁共振检查准确率达100%,检查准确度明显高于CT检查结果(χ2=9.8901,P=0.0016)。结论核磁共振对膝关节损伤检查准确率高,因为该检查具有视野广、方位多、分辨率高、无辐射等优点,在膝关节损伤检查中有着重要的诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of knee injury.Methods We collected 50 patients with knee joint injuries in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,before treatment for each case were respectively examined by CT and MRI,a retrospective analysis of clinical data of two kinds of examination results with surgical operation or arthroscopy of the gold standard for comparison,to investigate the accuracy of knee joint MRI diagnosis of the injury.ResultsThe two examination results with surgical treatment and arthroscopy of the gold standard comparison,analysis of different inspection method corresponding to the examination accuracy results showed that MRI accuracy rate of 100 %.The examination accuracy was significantly higher than that of the results of CT(χ2=9.8901,P=0.0016).Conclusion MRI has high accuracy in detecting knee joint injuries.Because of its advantages such as wide field of view,high range of resolution,high resolution and non radiation,it has important diagnostic value in the detection of knee joint injuries.
