枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合枫蓼肠胃康治疗急性腹泻疗效观察

Effect Observation of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules Combined with Fengliao Gastrointestinal Tablets in Treatment of Acute Diarrhea

目的枯观察草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合枫蓼肠胃康治疗急性腹泻的疗效。方法选取腹泻患者88例,随机分为对照组及治疗组。两组患者均予常规治疗方案,对照组患者在此基础上给予枫蓼肠胃康颗粒(8g/次P.O tid),治疗组在对照组用药的基础上联合应用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊。观察两组患者临床治愈率及腹泻停止时间。结果治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组、腹泻停止时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枫蓼肠胃康联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊口服治疗急性腹泻疗效显著。

Objective To observe curative effect of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Entericcoated Capsules combined with Fengliao Gastrointestinal Tablets in treatment of acute diarrhea. Methods Choose 88 cases diarrhea patients, divide them into control and treatment group randomly. Both groups were treated with routine therapy, based on which, control group was treated with Fengliao Gastrointestinal Tablets(8 g/time, P.O TID), treatment group with Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules based on control group. Observe clinical cure rate and diarrhea cessation time of two groups. Results Cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group, and diarrhea cessation time was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of Fengliao Gastrointestinal Tablets and Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules and has remarkable effects for acute diarrhea.
