个性化综合饮食护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect Study on Individualized Comprehensive Diet Nursing for Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的对个性化综合饮食护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果进行分析。方法选择我院的2016年2月到2017年2月,共收治2型糖尿病患者94例作为本次研究对象,根据不同的护理方法,将其随机划分为两组,即实验组和对照组患者,其中对照组患者共47例,采取常规护理干预,而实验组患者47例,则对患者予以个性化综合饮食护理干预,并对两组患者的护理满意度和临床效果等进行对比观察。结果实验组患者血糖与糖化血红蛋白指标显著低于对照,且组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者饮食依从性为74.4%,护理满意度为76.5%,实验组患者饮食依从性为95.7%,护理满意度为97.8%,前者明显低于后者,对两组进行对比发现,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对2型糖尿病患者进行临床治疗时,除了需要对其进行针对性的治疗之外,还应对其给予个性化综合饮食护理干预,不仅可以提升患者饮食依从性,而且还能改善患者的血糖指标,使其达到良好护理效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of individualized comprehensive diet nursing intervention on type Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods Choose 94 cases type II diabetes patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 as research objects, according to different nursing methods, divide them into two groups randomly, experimental and control group. 47 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and 47 cases in experimental group with individualized comprehensive diet nursing intervention. Observe nursing satisfaction and clinical effect of two groups. ResultsGlucose and Hb A1 c index of experimental group was significantly lower than control group, difference between groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05); compliance of control group was 74.4%, nursing satisfaction was 76.5%, diet compliance of experimental group was 95.7%, nursing satisfaction was 97.8%, significantly lower than the latter, comparison difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion During clinical treatment of type II diabetes patients, based on targeted treatment, individualized comprehensive diet nursing intervention not only can enhance patients' dietary compliance, but improve glycemic index of patients with good nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical reference.
