摘要
目的探析在优质护理中量化考核绩效管理的应用效果。方法将量化考核绩效管理制度用于优质护理示范病区中,对比分析医生和患者在实施前后对护理人员工作满意度、护理差错发生率及护理质量情况。结果实施前患者对医护人员工作满意度情况均低于实施后(P<0.05);实施前医生对护理人员工作满意度情况均低于实施后(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中实施量化考核绩效管理,不仅能使质量改进的持续性与稳定性得到保证,同时还能使护理管理更具科学性。
Objective To explore application effect of quantitative assessment performance management in quality nursing. Methods Apply quantitative assessment performance management system for demonstration ward of quality nursing. Compare and analyze satisfaction degree for nursing staff of doctors and patients, nursing error rate and nursing quality before and after implementation. Results Before implementation, patients' satisfaction degree was lower than after(P<0.05). Before implementation, doctors' satisfaction degree for nursing staff was lower than after(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of quantitative assessment and performance management in nursing management not only ensures continuity and stability of quality improvement, but makes nursing management more scientific.
