中药熏洗配合针刀治疗膝关节骨关节炎55例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 55 cases Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Chinese Herbal Medicine Fumigating and Washing and Needle Knife

目的探讨中药熏洗配合针刀治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将2013年8月至2015年12月于我院确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎且中医证型属于寒痹的109例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组54例患者采用塞来昔布口服治疗,观察组55例患者则采用中药熏洗联合针刀治疗。症状积分、Lysholm评分降低,但观察组改善更显著,P<0.05;对对照组Lysholm评分改善情况以及症状积分情况展开对比;对两组患者药物不良反应情况以及疗效差异展开对比。结果对两组膝关节骨关节炎患者完成治疗后,患者的病情状态获得显著性改善,总有效率79.63%(43/54),观察组为96.36%(53/55),总有效率更高,差异显著,P<0.05;两组不良反应以胃肠不适为主,对照组总发生率9.26%(5/54),观察组为10.91%(6/55),组间比较无显著差异,P>0.05。结论中药熏洗配合针刀治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效显著,可更好地改善膝关节功能,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with needle knife in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From August 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the study and diagnosis of 109 cases of knee osteoarthritis and TCM syndrome type belongs to arthritis patients, 54 patients of control group were given celecoxib oral treatment, observation group of 55 cases treated with herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture therapy. The symptom score, Lysholm score decreased, but the observation group improved more significantly, P<0.05; the control group Lysholm scores and symptom scores compared; comparative difference of adverse reaction of two groups of patients and the efficacy of drugs. The Results Of two groups of patients with knee osteoarthritis after completing treatment, the condition of patients was significantly improved, the total efficiency of 79.63%(43/54), the observation group was 96.36%(53/55), the total efficiency is higher, the difference was significant, P<0.05; two groups of adverse reactions to gastrointestinal discomfort, the control group total the rate of 9.26%(5/54), the observation group was 10.91%(6/55), no significant difference between groups, P>0.05.Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation and needle knife treatment has remarkable effect on knee osteoarthritis, can improve knee joint function with safty and reliability, which is worthy of promotion.
