摘要
目的研究人文关怀在门诊护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院在2014年12月到2016年12月收治的80例门诊患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为实验组和参照组,各40例。将采取常规护理干预的患者作为参照组,将在参照组的基础上予以人文关怀的患者作为实验组。对比两组患者的应用效果。结果实验组患者的满意度95.00%明显高于参照组80.00%,经统计学检验,组间差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊患者在常规护理的基础上予以人文关怀,有效的提高了患者的满意度,进而提高了护理质量以及临床治疗效果,值得临床上借鉴和进一步普及。
Objective To study application value of humanistic care in outpatient nursing. Methods Choose 80 outpatients treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 as study objects, divide them into experimental and reference group according to random digital table method, 40 cases in each. Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and experimental group with humanistic care on the basis of reference group. Compare application effects of two groups. Results Satisfaction degree of experimental group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 80.00% of reference group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care based on routine nursing can improve satisfaction degree of patients, and improve nursing quality and clinical curative effect, which is worthy of clinical reference and further promotion.
