分析与研究乳晕小切口切除术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床疗效和价值

To Analyze and Study the Clinical Efficacy and Value of Small Incision Breast Areola Resection in the Treatment of Breast Benign Tumor

目的探析对乳腺良性肿瘤患者用乳晕小切口切除术手段进行治疗对其病情的控制改善效果并体会临床应用价值。方法分析对象选取于2015年2月至2017年2月期间于本院确诊为乳腺良性肿瘤并制定外科手术治疗患者的相关临床资料,从中选取80例,每组40例,对照组接受传统外科手术治疗,观察组制定乳晕小切口切除术方案治疗,通过记录和统计学比较两种手术治疗下患者各项指标以了解乳腺良性肿瘤患者用乳晕小切口切除术治疗的临床价值。结果两组患者以下手术指标:手术时间、术中出血量和切口愈合时间,所得数据均存在一定差异,其中观察组切口愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;对患者临床疗效通过以下方面考察:切口愈合、瘢痕接受程度、术后乳房对称以及患者对手术满意度,观察组上述指标均有显著优越性(P<0.05),有统计学意义;术后患者接受平均时间为2周的随访,均未发现严重不良反应(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论对女性乳腺良性肿瘤患者制定乳晕小切口切除术能改善患者术后生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the treatment of breast benign tumor patients with small incision resection of breast areola, to improve the control of the disease, and to understand the clinical value. Methods Analysis of object selection in February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital diagnosed as benign breast tumor and make surgery clinical data from 80 cases selected, 40 cases in each group, the control group received conventional surgical treatment, the observation group developed periareolar incision excision treatment, by recording and statistics comparison of two kinds of surgical treatment of patients with various indicators to understand the clinical value of resection in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumor with periareolar incision. Results Two groups of patients with the following measures: surgical operation time, amount of bleeding and wound healing time, the data were in the observation group, the wound healing time was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant; the clinical curative effects of patients through the following aspects: Study of wound healing and scar surgery, acceptance after breast symmetry and surgical satisfaction, the above indicators of the observation group were significantly superior, P<0.05,with statistically significant;; postoperative patients received a mean time of 2 weeks of follow-up, no serious adverse reactions(P>0.05), and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Small incision resection of breast areola can improve the postoperative quality of life in female benign breast tumors, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
