经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术与传统开窗术的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Discectomy and Conventional Fenestration under Percutaneous Transforaminal Discectomy

目的针对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用传统开窗术、经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗,其疗效间差异加以分析。方法在本院于2014年1月至2016年12月所接收的腰椎间盘突出症患者中按照计算机随机抽选的方式选取130例,盲选其中65例,以常规开窗术治疗,作为对照组,另65例患者则按照经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗,为观察组。针对疗效间差异加以对比。结果结合观察可以发现,观察组患者在本次研究中在住院时间、术中出血量以及手术时间等指标上均存在有显著优势;且观察组在视觉模拟疼痛评分以及腰椎功能恢复情况上同样优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者按照经皮椎间孔镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术进行治疗,可有效保障对临床该部分患者的诊治效率,能帮助该部分患者在短时间内恢复,对于提升其预后生活质量同样具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the difference of curative effect between traditional fenestration and percutaneous discectomy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016, lumbar disc herniation received by patients in accordance with the computer randomly selected selected 130 cases, including 65 cases of blind, with conventional fenestration treatment, as the control group, the other 65 patients with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy treatment the observation group. The differences between the therapeutic effects were compared. Results According to observation can be found in the observation group in this study in hospitalization time, bleeding volume and operation time and other indicators have significant advantages; and the observation group was equally superior to the control group in the visual analogue pain score and the recovery of lumbar function(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy for treatment, can effectively guarantee the clinical efficiency of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with this part, can help the patients recover in a short period of time, to improve their quality of life outcomes also has positive significance.
