Nursing care of Patients with Valvular Heart Disease Undergoing Double Valve Peplacement

目的深入分析对心脏瓣膜病患者实施双瓣置换术后采取有效的护理干预的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月至2017年2月进入我院接受治疗的28例心脏瓣膜病实施双瓣置换术的患者作为实验素材进行分析,按照实验需求将这些患者分成两组,对照组的14例患者采取传统的护理模式,观察组的14例患者进行护理干预,对两组患者经过不同的护理方式后恢复情况进行比较。结果对两组患者实验数据进行对比分析得出,观察组的患者经过有效的护理后,并发症的发生得到了有效的控制,住院时间明显缩短,患者治疗效果较好。结论对心脏瓣膜疾病患者实施置换术有利与提高患者手术恢复情况,术后恢复也比较快,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of effective nursing intervention in patients with heart valve disease after double valve replacement. Methods From February 2014 to February 2017 in our hospital receiving treatment in 28 cases of valvular heart disease in the implementation of double valve replacement patients as experimental material to carry on the analysis, according to the needs of these patients were divided into two groups, 14 cases in the control group were treated with traditional nursing mode, nursing intervention of the 14 patients in the observation group, comparison after the recovery of the two groups of patients with different nursing methods after. Results The data of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed, the observation group of patients after effective care, the occurrence of complications was effectively controlled hospitalization time was significantly shorter, the treatment effect is better. Conclusion The implementation of replacement for patients with valvular heart disease is beneficial to improve the recovery of patients, and the recovery is faster.
