摘要
目的分析对慢性心力衰竭患者使用依那普利和美托洛尔联合治疗的临床疗效。方法随机收集我院在2012年7月至2017年7月内收治的200例慢性心力衰竭患者,将其使用随机方法分为对照组和观察组,均为100例。对照组使用单一的依那普利治疗。观察组在此基础上联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者使用依那普利联合美托洛尔可取得明显更佳的疗效,有较高的使用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of enalapril and metoprolol therapy in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Randomly collected 200 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2017, The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random method, There were 100 cases. The control group was treated with a single enalapril. The observation group was treated with metoprolol on this basis. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). ConclusionEnalapril combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure can achieve significantly better curative effect, and has higher use value.
