中国中医药医疗卫生资源配置公平性评价研究

A Study on the Evaluation of the Allocation Equity of Health Resources of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

目的通过评价中国中医药医疗卫生资源配置公平性,以期为中医药医疗卫生资源的进一步优化配置提供参考依据。方法运用基尼系数评价2012~2015年中医药医疗卫生资源配置公平性。结果 2012~2015年中医药医疗卫生资源按人口分布的基尼系数介于0.1011~0.3016之间,按地理面积分布的基尼系数介于0.5744~0.6510之间。结论中医药医疗卫生资源数量持续增加,与需求基本相适应;中医药医疗卫生资源按地理面积分布的公平性较差。

Objective To evaluate the allocation equity of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine in China, and to provide references to rationalize the allocation of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Gini coefficient was employed to evaluate the allocation equity of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine. Results From 2012 to 2015, the Gini coefficients of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine by population ranged from 0.1011 to 0.3016, while the coefficients by geographic area ranged between 0.5744 and 0.6510. Conclusion The number of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine was increased, which was consistent with the demands. The equity of health resources of traditional Chinese medicine by geographic area was worse.
