金银花提取物中山银花投料的检查方法研究

Study on the Inspection of Feeding Flos Lonicerae in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos Extract

目的建立HPLC-ELSD方法,对金银花提取物进行全方位分析,重点为山银花投料情况。方法通过对金银花提取物进行提取制备成供试品溶液后,以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙、川续断皂苷乙为山银花的检出指标,采用HPLC-ELSD法进行检测。结果 24个样品中有9个检出山银花成分。结论建立的方法简便、准确,可用于判断金银花提取物中是否存在山银花投料的情况。

Objective To establish HPLC-ELSD method to inspect on lonicerae japonicae flos extract whether feeding flos lonicerae.Methods Flos lonicerae japonicae samples were prepared into the test solutions. Use HPLC-ELSD to detect the test solutions.Results Macranthoidin B or Dipsacoside B was detectded in 9 of 24 Flos lonicerae japonicae samples. Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate, and can be used to determine whether feeding flos lonicerae.
