尼群地平治疗高血压冠心病的临床应用价值分析

Clinical Value of Nitrendipine in the Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析尼群地平治疗高血压冠心病的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2016年2月-2017年3月期间收治的60例高血压冠心病患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用心痛定治疗;观察组采用尼群地平治疗。观察并对比两组患者治疗总有效率。结果 (1)两组患者临床疗效对比:经药物治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);(2)两组患者不良反应率对比:观察组患者未出现较为严重的不良反应,且不良反应率明显低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压冠心病患者临床治疗时,相较于常规心痛定治疗,使用尼群地平能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,治疗后不良反应消失较快,对患者日常生活质量无过大影响,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of nitrendipine in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 60 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from February 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital. They were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with heartburn, and the observation group was treated with nitrendipine. The total effective rate of the two groups was observed and compared. Results(1) Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect: after drug treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);(2) Comparison of the rate of adverse reaction in two groups: the observation group patients had no serious adverse reactions, and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease, compared to the conventional nifedipine treatment, the use of nitrendipine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the treatment efficiency, after treatment the adverse reaction disappeared rapidly, on daily life quality of patients with no big effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
