大学生群体发生急性腹痛的病因及临床诊治分析

Etiological Factors and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Abdominal Pain in College Students

目的研究大学生群体发生急性腹痛的病因以及临床诊治分析。方法取材于近两年(2015-2017年)来我校医院进行治疗的急性腹痛大学生患者,数量为700例,总结其发生急性腹痛的原因以及临床诊治分析。结果大学生出现腹痛的原因主要是出现急性胃肠炎,本次研究中有370例大学生出现腹痛的原因是急性胃肠炎,所占比例为52.86%,其中消化性溃疡所致腹痛的大学生患者数量为90例、所占比例为12.86%,慢性胃炎所致腹痛的大学生患者数量为70例、所占比例为10.00%,痛经所致腹痛的大学生患者数量为50例、所占比例为7.14%,急性胆囊炎腹痛的大学生患者数量为40例、所占比例为5.71%,急性阑尾炎所致腹痛的大学生患者数量为40例、所占比例为5.71%,泌尿系结石所致腹痛的大学生患者数量为20例、所占比例为2.86%,胆结石致腹痛的大学生患者数量为10例、所占比例为1.43%,其他原因致腹痛的大学生患者数量为10例、所占比例为1.43%。结论大学生群体出现腹痛的病因与其他群体进行比较更为简单,出现腹痛的原因主要是不健康的生活习惯,只需要加强对大学生的生活指导,就能有效的改善,其中存在的误诊情况,要引起大学医务室坐诊医师的注意,要在对大学生患者进行诊断时,做好望闻问切,准确分析大学生腹痛的原因。

Objective To study the etiology and clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal pain in College students. Methods A total of 700 patients with acute abdominal pain treated in our hospital during the past two years(from 2015 to 2017) were enrolled in this study. The causes of acute abdominal pain and the clinical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results The students complained of abdominal pain is the major cause of acute gastroenteritis, this study has 370 cases of college students appear abdominal pain is acute gastroenteritis, the proportion of 52.86 %, including 90 cases of peptic ulcer caused by abdominal pain the number of students in the proportion of 12.86 %, the number of chronic gastritis caused by abdominal pain for 70 patients with college students with the proportion of 10 %, the number of college students for patients with dysmenorrhea caused by abdominal pain in 50 cases, accounted for 7.14 %, the number of college students for patients with acute cholecystitis abdominal pain in 40 cases, accounted for 5.71 %, the number of acute appendicitis abdominal pain caused by the students were 40 cases, accounted for 5.71 %, the number of abdominal pain caused by calculi urinary students were 20 cases, accounted for 2.86 %, the number of college students with abdominal pain caused by gallstone was 10 cases, the proportion was 1.43%, and the number of students with abdominal pain caused by other causes was 10 cases, accounting for 1.43%. Conclusion The cause of abdominal pain in college students is simpler than that of other groups, abdominal pain is the main cause of unhealthy habits, just need to strengthen the guidance of life, can effectively improve the situation, which is caused by misdiagnosis, to attract university Clinic doctors attention, and do a good job in the basic diagnosis of college students, reasons of patients, accurate analysis of College Students' abdominal pain.
