个性化护理干预措施对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及满意度的影响

Influence of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status and Satisfaction of Patients with Breast Cancer Operation

目的探讨临床上对接受乳腺癌手术治疗的患者实施个性化护理干预措施的临床疗效。方法收集护理实验对象是我院在2016年1月至2017年1月中的乳腺癌手术患者内抽取的100例为本次研究人员,按患者入院的先后顺序及住院号的单双号,将研究对象分为对照组与实验组,针对对照组中的研究对象实施科内护理常规,而针对实验组的研究患者实施自定的个性化护理方案。比较两组患者的护理研究结果。结果两组患者护理研究结果比较试验组的临床护理治疗结果明显较对照组优越,经过统计学上比较具有显著差异性。而实验组中开展个性化护理干预效果显著,适合临床护理工作中应用。结论护理过程中对乳腺癌患者开展个性化护理明显的提高乳腺癌术后临床治疗,减低患者的不良情绪的焦虑及抑郁现象,深受患者的喜爱,经过个性化护理干预后患者对护理工作的满意度均提高,可作为临床护理工作中的范例使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of individualized nursing intervention for patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. Methods: Nursing experimental object is in January 2016 to January 2017 from breast cancer surgery patients in 100 cases of plastic research staff in our hospital, according to single and double order of the patients admitted to hospital and hospital, the subjects were divided into control group and experimental group, the implementation of routine care of Kone based on the research object in the control group the patients in the experimental group, and study the implementation of personalized care program custom. In the experimental group, individualized nursing intervention was effective and suitable for clinical nursing work. Conclusion The nursing process to carry out individualized nursing care of patients with breast cancer increased significantly after breast cancer treatment, bad mood of anxiety and depression in patients with impaired phenomenon, deeply loved by patients, satisfaction of patients for nursing work were improved after individualized nursing intervention, can be used as examples in clinical nursing work.
