快速康复外科理念联合腹腔镜治疗结直肠癌患者价值探讨

The Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Combined with Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨分析快速康复外科理念联合腹腔镜治疗结直肠癌患者的临床价值。方法将我院从2012年2月至2017年3月收治的48例结直肠癌患者选取为此次研究对象,将其随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者使用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合快速康复外科理念治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及各项指标。结果观察组患者的术中出血量以及手术切口明显小于对照组患者,但手术时间相对较长,组间数据比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的术后治疗时间以及恢复时间经过比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在应用腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的基础上联合快速康复外科理念,虽然手术时间有一定延长,但手术风险整体降低,并且术后的康复速度更快,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 48 cases of patients with colorectal polyps in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2017 were selected as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, patients in the observation group on the basis of combined rehabilitation therapy according to read crying compared two groups of patients with treatment, and the effect of each index. Results The observation group of patients with postoperative bleeding and surgical incision was significantly less than the control group, but the operation time is relatively long, between groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05), two groups of patients with postoperative treatment time and recovery time after the comparison, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, although the operative time was longer, but the overall risk of surgery decreased, and postoperative rehabilitation speed faster, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
