消肿能安散治疗膝关节骨真布病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Knee Joint Swelling Can Loose Bone Really Brucellosis

目的针对膝关节骨真布病采用消肿能安散进行治疗的实际效果进行分析。方法在本院于2016年2月-2017年3月所接受的膝关节骨真布病患者50例为主要研究对象。按照随机分配的方式,取组内25例患者,使用常规消痛贴膏治疗,视为对照组,另25例患者,则以消肿能安散治疗,为观察组。针对疗效间差异进行分析。结果 (1)两组患者治疗效果分析:在治疗后,观察组整体治疗效率为92.00%(23/25),主要涉及到显效患者15例,有效患者8例,而对照组整体治疗效率为80.00%(20/25),包括有显效患者12例,有效患者8例,观察组明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具备统计学意义;(2)两组患者ISOA评分情况对比:在治疗后,观察组ISOA评分平均为(0.34±0.17)分,对照组治疗后ISOA评分平均为(0.36±0.16)分,观察组明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具备统计学意义。结论消肿能按散治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效显著,对改善疼痛及膝关节功能均有积极的意义。

Objective To analyze the actual effect of knee joint bone swelling can really use brucellosis powder treatment. Methods In our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 accepted the knee bone in 50 cases of brucellosis was as the main research object. According to the random allocation method, the group of 25 patients using conventional Xiaotong treatment as the control group, the other 25 patients with swelling can powder treatment, as the observation group. The differences between the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results(1) The therapeutic effect of the two groups: after treatment, the overall treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92 %(23/25), 15 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, and the overall treatment efficiency of control group was 80 %(20/25), Including 12 cases of effective patients, 8 cases of effective patients, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant;(2) The ISOA score of the two groups: after treatment, the average score of ISOA in the observation group was(0.34±0.17) points, The average score of ISOA in the control group after treatment was(0.36±0.16) points, the observation group was significantly better than the control group,(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion According to the curative effect of Detumescence Powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was to improve the sense of pain and joint function were positive.
