牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病的疗效分析

Analysis of Periodontal Combined Orthodontic Treatment for Periodontal Disease

目的探讨牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法抽取2014年1月至2016年1月间来我院诊治的牙周病患者20例,随机平均分为两组,分别给予常规基础治疗(对照组)与牙周正畸联合治疗(观察组),对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗后所有患者的牙周状况均比治疗前有所改善,观察组患者牙周状况改善情况明显优于对照组;随访1年,观察组的CBCT检测结果明显优于对照组。结论牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病不仅能够有效控制牙周病症状,改善牙周状态,而且能够增强牙齿的稳定性,改善咀嚼功能,还能够满足患者对美观的要求,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periodontal combined orthodontic treatment for periodontal disease. Methods 20 patients with periodontal disease were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups and respectively given routine treatment(control group) and the combined orthodontic periodontal treatment(observation group). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the periodontal status of all patients was better than that before treatment, and the periodontal condition of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; After 1 year of follow-up,the CBCT results of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Periodontal combined orthodontic treatment for periodontal disease not only can effectively control periodontal disease symptoms,improve the periodontal status,but also can enhance the stability of the teeth, improve masticatory function, meet the patient's needs for beauty.
