研究巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼的临床疗效

To Study the Clinical Effect of Scleral Flap Resection Combined with Scleral Flap Adjustable Suture for Glaucoma

目的探讨巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年2月-2017年2月期间收治的200例青光眼患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规巩膜瓣下咬切术进行治疗;观察组采用巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合进行治疗。统计并分析两组患者治疗总有效率与并发症发生率。结果将两组患者临床治疗总有效率相对比,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);将两组患者并发症发生率相对比,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对青光眼患者采取巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗能对患者起到较为显著的治疗效果,且治疗后并发症发生率较低,有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of scleral flap resection combined with scleral flap adjustable suture for glaucoma. Methods 200 cases of glaucoma patients in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional scleral flap resection. The observation group was treated with scleral flap resection combined with scleral flap adjustable suture. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, significant difference between groups(P<0.05); the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with glaucoma taken under the scleral flap Resecton combined with scleral flap adjustable suture treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the treatment efficiency, and a low rate of complications, worthy of clinical application.
