分析以助产士为主导的分娩模式对分娩镇痛效果的影响

Analysis of the Influence of Midwife Oriented Delivery Mode on the Effect of Labor Analgesia

目的分析以助产士为主导的分娩模式对分娩镇痛效果的影响。方法随机选择本院的产妇,共90例,均于2016年2月至2017年1月收治于本院,以此作为研究对象,并分为两个实验小组,研究组予以助产士为主导的分娩模式进行分娩,对照组予以传统的分娩模式,比较两个实验小组的分娩满意度与第二产程时长。结果研究组的分娩满意度比对照组更高,研究组的第二产程时长明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施以助产士为主导的分娩模式,能够有效缩短产妇的产程时长,提高分娩的满意度,大大降低了产妇的分娩痛苦,值得在临床分娩中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the influence of midwife oriented delivery mode on labor analgesia. Methods 90 puerperas who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected as the subjects and divided into two experimental groups. The study group was given midwife oriented delivery mode, and the control group was given traditional delivery model, the delivery satisfaction and the time of second birth process in the two experimental group were compared. Results The delivery satisfaction of study group was higher than the control group, the time of second birth process of the study group was significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Puerperas were given midwife oriented delivery mode, which can effectively shorten the duration of delivery, improve the delivery satisfaction, greatly reduce the delivery pains of puerperas, and is worth popularizing in clinical delivery.
