舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的就老年慢性心力衰竭护理过程中舒适护理的应用效果予以分析探讨。方法选取我院2016年1月-2016年12月收治的60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),以常规护理方式护理对照组患者,观察组患者则接受舒适护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者不论是治疗总有效率,还是护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,且住院时间明显比对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中应用舒适护理干预,可使患者的治疗效果显著提高,将其住院时间缩短,且护理满意度较高,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure. Methods60 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital in January 2016-in December 2016 as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases), with routine nursing care of patients in the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with comfort and care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group or the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing intervention in nursing care of senile patients with chronic heart failure, can make the treatment effect of the patients increased significantly, which will shorten the hospitalization time, and high satisfaction of nursing, it is worthy of further promotion.
