To Improve the Breast-Feeding Rate of Newborns after Cesarean Section

引入品管圈活动,遵巡PDCA循环,对住院患者纯母乳喂养率进行检查,找出主要影响因素,针对性分析原因并寻找真因,从改进工作流程、提高护理人员母乳喂养知识水平,责任护士切实落实母乳喂养情况3方面进行改进,剖宫产术后纯母乳喂养率由88%提高至95.4%,减轻了产妇及家属的焦虑、痛苦,提高了科室满意度,改善了护患关系。

The introduction of quality management circle activity and following of PDCA cycle mainly includes examination of exclusive breastfeeding rate within inpatients by finding out the main factors and seeking for the true reason.By improvement of work flow among nursing personnel,supplement of breastfeeding knowledge of nursing personnel as well as practical implementation of breastfeeding among patients by nurses in charge,it helps to raise the exclusive breastfeeding rate among maternity patients who underwent after cesarean section from 88 % to 95.4 % while als ease the anxiety,pains of the maternal and family members,thus improving patient's satisfaction on department and relationship between nurses and maternity patients.
