探讨层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用

To Explore the Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management in ICU Nursing Management

目的探讨层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用。方法抽取收治的100例ICU病人进行分析,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采取层级护理管理,对比两组临床效果。结果通过对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异较大,具有统计学意义。结论针对ICU病人实施层级护理干预,能够有效提高病人满意度,改善护理质量,促进病人康复,具有良好的临床价值。

Objective To explore the application of nursing management mode in nursing management of ICU. Methods 100 cases of ICU patients were selected for analysis, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group adopted nursing management, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results By comparison, the observation group was better than the control group. Large differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical nursing intervention for ICU patients, can effectively improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of nursing, promote the rehabilitation of patients, has good clinical value.
