摘要
目的健康教育护理模式应用到肾病综合症患儿中的作用研究过程。方法选取我院在2015年6月至-2017年4月收治的138例肾病综合症分组作为护理措施研究方法,对照组护理人员对患儿实施常规措施,观察组护理人员对患儿进行心理健康教育护理模式,对护理结果进行优劣对比。结果对不同的实验结果进行比较,观察组护理干预后的效果显著优于对照组的护理方法,结果之间差距非常大,观察组的护理方式值得在临床上推广。结论对肾病综合症患儿实施健康教育护理有较好的促进作用,控制住了并发症的发生,护理价值比较高,可以在临床护理中进一步推广。
Objective To study the role of health education nursing model in children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 138 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the research method of nursing measures, the control group nursing staff on the routine measures, observation group nurses to the patients with mental health education nursing model, and the nursing results were compared. Results Compared the different experimental results, the effect of observation group after nursing intervention is better than the control group nursing method, the gap between the results is very large, the observation group nursing method is worth promoting in clinical. Conclusion The implementation of health education nursing in children with nephrotic syndrome has a better effect, obviously improve nursing quality, treatment is efficient, control the incidence of complications, high nursing value, can be further promoted in clinical nursing.
