璇玑加背腧穴拔罐对咳嗽患者的临床疗效分析

目的探究咳嗽患者应用璇玑加背腧穴拔罐治疗的临床效果与特点。方法 2015年02月到2016年12月我院在本次研究中抽取的对象为咳嗽患者100例,并将抽取的100例咳嗽对象随机性分为研究组与对照组各50例,研究组的50例咳嗽患者选择璇玑加背腧穴拔罐治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察并分析两组患者分别采用常规药物治疗与璇玑加背腧穴拔罐治疗的效果与特点,包括两组患者通过不同方法治疗后的有效率、中医证候积分以及咳嗽缓解和消失时间等指标。结果研究组通过璇玑加背腧穴拔罐治疗后其有效率及各项指标明显有对照组(P<0.05),两组数据的差异性较大(P<0.05),具有统计学研究价值。结论针对咳嗽患者选择应用璇玑加背腧穴拔罐治疗效果较好,值得在治疗中推荐和使用。

objective To explore the clinical effect and characteristics of the treatment of patients with cough in the treatment of patients with acupoint and dorsal acupoint. Methods From February 2015 to December 2016, 100 patients were suffering from cough in our hospital, the 100 cases of cough were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each with 50 cases, the study group of 50 cases of cough patients choose back acupoints cupping therapy plus xuaji, the control group received conventional treatment, observation and analysis of two groups of patients were treated with conventional drugs and xuaji plus the effect and characteristics of Beishu points cupping therapy, including two groups of patients through different methods of treatment efficiency, TCM syndrome score and cough relief and disappearance time and other indicators. Results The study group showed a control group(P<0.05) after the treatment of the patients with the acupoints. the difference between the two groups(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The treatment of patients with cough is recommended and used in treatment.
