人性化护理在胎膜早破患者临床护理中的应用效果观察

Application of Humanistic Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的人性化护理在胎膜早破患者临床护理中的应用效果观察。方法选取我院2017年1-6月因突感大量液体自阴道流出而入院的50例胎膜早破孕妇作为本次研究对象,均分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化综合护理模式。结果观察组患者的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异明显具有统计学意义。结论对胎膜早破患者采取人性化护理干预,可以使临床并发症发生率明显降低,提高临床的护理质量,效果显著值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with premature rupture of membranes. Methods Select our hospital from January to June 2017, because a sudden feeling of large amounts of fluid flowing from the vagina and admitted to 50 cases of premature rupture of membranes, pregnant women as the object of this study, the patients were divided into 2 groups, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with humanistic comprehensive nursing mode. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The adoption of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with premature rupture of membranes can reduce the incidence of clinical complications, improve the quality of clinical care, and the effect is remarkable. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
