阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症疗效观察

Effect Observation Acarbose Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Primary Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的观察阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症疗效。方法择取本院2014年3月至2017年3月诊疗的103例初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者,依据随机数字表法将51例患者划分为参照组,实施单纯阿卡波糖治疗;将52例患者划分为观察组,实施阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果参照组患者临床有效率为82.35%,观察组患者临床有效率为98.08%,两组患者临床疗效比较,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖指标显著优于参照组,如2 h PG指标中,观察组为(11.49±1.66)、参照组为(14.21±2.35),即两组患者血糖指标比较,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。参照组患者血脂指标较差于观察组,如TC指标中,参照组为(8.80±0.27)、观察组为(6.96±0.71),即两组患者血脂指标比较,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对初发2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者,阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗,不仅具有疗效显著的特点,还可降低药物不良反应,改善降脂效果。

Objective To observe curative effect of acarbose combined with metformin in treatment of primary type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Methods Choose 103 cases primary type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017, according to random number table method, divide them into control group 51 cases, treated with acarbose simply; observation group 52 cases, with acarbose and metformin. Compare clinical effect of two groups. Results Clinical effective rate of control group was 82.35%, and that of observation group was 98.08%, difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Glycemic index of observation group was significantly better than control group, 2hPG index of observation group was(11.49±1.66), and that of control group was(14.21±2.35), difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Blood lipid index of control group was lower than observation group, TC index of control group was(8.80±0.27), and that of observation group was(6.96±0.71), blood lipid indexes comparison between two groups showedstatistical significance(P<0.05). ConclusionAcarbose and metformin treatment has significant curative effect for primary type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia patients, can reduce drug adverse reactions, and improve lipid-lowering effect, which is worthy of promotion.
