复方盐酸利多卡因联合美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓治疗混合痔术后并发症的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Compound Lidocaine Hydrochloride Combined with Symplectic Triadimefon Cuscohygrinol Ester Suppository in Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的观察复方盐酸利多卡因注射液术区创面浸润联合美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓塞肛应用于混合痔术后治疗术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将60例肛门病术后患者随机分成两组,观察组用复方盐酸利多卡因注射液创面浸润+美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓塞肛治疗,对照组给予复方盐酸利多卡因注射液创面浸润+肛泰栓塞肛,观察患者术后7 d内肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿的情况。结果两组VAS评分比较差异(P<0.05),具有显著性,有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组。结论观察组在预防肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、缓解患者的痛苦方面更有优势,是应用于混合痔手术的有效治疗方法。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of wound infiltration of compound lidocaine hydrochloride injection and anal suppository of symplectic triadimefon cuscohygrinol ester for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Divide 60 cases anal disease postoperative patients into two groups randomly, observation group was treated with wound infiltration of compound lidocaine hydrochloride injection±anal suppository of symplectic triadimefon cuscohygrinol ester, control group with wound infiltration of compound lidocaine hydrochloride injection±anal suppository of Gangtai, observe anus pain and anal edema 7 days after operation. Results VAS scores difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P< 0.05), and those of observation group was better than control group. Conclusion Observation group therapy has more advantages in preventing anal pain, anal edema and relieving pain, which is an effective treatment for mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
